HOW SOON AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER WILL IT SHIP?
All orders placed before noon will be shipped within two business days. Orders placed after noon will be shipped within three business days.
WHAT IS FAWN SHOPPE’S RETURN POLICY?
Fawn Shoppe accepts returns for store credit on items that are unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. All items must be postmarked for return within 14 calendar days of receipt. All bedding, dishware, stuffed toys, hair accessories, underwear, socks, and tights are final sale. Additionally, all items marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM THAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND, STORE CREDIT, OR EXCHANGE?
